Job description

ECHOLINE offers a regulatory monitoring service in Human Resources and Occupational Health and Safety. Its services are offered through a subscription to an application. As a lawyer in charge of feeding the content of our application and writing legal information, you will facilitate access and reading of the regulations for our users.

🎯 Our aim: Help you discover new working methods and develop your legal skills in other fields (Environment, Energy, CSR, Information Security, Food Security).

🥅 Your objective: challenge the processes of monitoring and processing regulatory texts to facilitate the creation of original and popularized content for the user, develop and improve the regulatory content of Echoline!

You will be at the heart of the services offered by Echoline, under the supervision of the Head of Internal Ops, your role will be to provide our application with original content in order to quickly inform our subscribers of regulatory news and to help them understand them. You will also lead projects aimed at developing and improving processes for monitoring and processing regulatory texts.

Your missions

Participate in the process of Regulatory watch :

• Daily monitoring of official sources to identify all regulatory news
• Analyze and process texts to feed the ECHOLINE application

Develop our documentary base by writing original content for our users and communities:

• Write articles in our newsletter
• Writing thematic sheets
• Writing articles for our blog

Develop and improve processes monitoring and text processing:

• Manage relationships with monitoring partners
• Create scalable methods for monitoring and dealing with regulatory content
• Improve our methods in order to allow you and your colleagues to remain focused on tasks with high added value
• Propose new regulatory content (new themes, new countries)

Manage customers :

• Onboarding new customers
• Management of your existing customer portfolio
• Regulatory and technical support from our customers

Profile wanted

• Level BAC+5 In master law
• Minimum experience of 2 years in business
• Excellent knowledge of French social regulations
• Writing ease and analytical mind, You summarize complex information in an understandable way
• Empathic and pragmatic, you put yourself in the shoes of your interlocutors to provide them with concrete answers
• Forte learning ability, you learn quickly and you are able to question yourself to move forward

Conduct of interviews
