Job description

ECHOLINE offers a regulatory monitoring service in Environment, Energy, CSR, Occupational Health and Safety, Human Resources, Information Security, Food Safety. Its services are offered through a subscription to an application.

As an HSE consultant, you will mainly be in charge of supporting your client portfolio in the deployment and monitoring of their regulatory monitoring remotely and on site.

🥅 Your objective: Strengthen the team to meet the challenges of growing the number of subscribers while maintaining our quality standards.

You will be at the heart of the services offered by Echoline, under the supervision of the Head of External Ops, your role will be to monitor and develop the subscriptions of new and existing customers.

Your missions

Manage a customer portfolio :

• Onboarding new customers (from all sectors and sizes)
• Ensure regular meetings with existing customers
• Regulatory and technical support from our customers
• Up-sell and/or cross-sell and increase the turnover of your customer portfolio (with bonuses for each sale)
• Support for the assessment of regulatory compliance on site

Develop and improve processes to follow up on your customers alone or in a team:

• Offer new services to customers
• Improving the services offered to customers
• Improve our methods in order to allow you and your colleagues to remain focused on tasks with high added value

Participate in the process of regulatory monitoring and treatment :

• Monitor official sources to identify regulatory developments
• Analyze and process texts to feed the ECHOLINE application
• Write articles in our newsletter

Profile wanted

• School graduate ofgeneral engineer or HSE
• Minimum 5 years of experience operational in the HSE
• Excellent knowledge of French HSE regulations
• Empathic and pragmatic, you put yourself in the shoes of your interlocutors to provide them with concrete answers
• Forte learning ability, you learn quickly and you are able to question yourself to move forward
• Builder, you want to build a project and contribute to its success
• Curious, you are interested and want to know

• B license

Conduct of interviews

• Ice Breaking 30 minutes with the Chief of Staff
