Can Echoline monitor quality regulations?

What are the safety guarantees when using Echoline?
Echoline is protected by an identifier and a password, and the connection is protected by an SSL certificate allowing secure authentication in “https”. The internet connection is provided at all times by 3 separate operators (BGP protocol) and the Echoline server is installed in protected and monitored 24/7 premises with access by magnetic cards activated by a supervision center and a secure electrical supply (72 hours of autonomy on a generator). A firewall is located upstream of the server, it filters accesses and blocks any unauthorized request. In addition, the application is saved every hour during the day and on 3 servers located in 3 different cities in France.
