Internal audit, an opportunity!

Internal audit is often seen as a mandatory step because required by normative standards, at ECHOLINE, it was an opportunity to question our practices, challenge our organization and the results obtained!

We experimented with QSE internal audit “remotely” at ECHOLINE on April 22, 2020.

Benjamin Rabu our auditor, spared no effort and spoke to all process pilots, challenging the coherence of our organization in connection with our strategy, the concrete implementation of our processes and of course our results: our “customer satisfaction” performance but also the reduction of our carbon footprint.

Of course, the COVID-19 crisis was invited into the discussions, in particular the consideration of health risks, the Business Continuity Plan, our agility and ability to deal with the crisis...

A dense and fruitful day that gave the whole team something to think about, consolidate, reorient... and to take a step back!

Ways for improvement are opening up... and we are ready to do it again during our AFNOR ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 audit this week! When you love, you don't count...
